Why Choose Us?
Why Choose TMR?
There’s a reason we’re a 5-star google review company……it’s because our clients and candidates say we are based on our first-class service.
At TMR Group, our job is to make your job easy by providing a quality service. We won’t send over countless CVs of candidates that do not fit the role.
For us, it is always about quality, not quantity and our core values explain our reasoning. Our typical time to hire from taking a vacancy to offer is on average 23 days.
Our Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is seamless and efficient. Our specialist consultants will guide you throughout the process making it as smooth and stress-free as possible.
It’s simple. We get to know who you are and what you require by asking relevant questions covering skills, experience, salary and any other specific role requirements you need, irrespective of whether the role is permanent or temporary.
Only when we have a clear understanding of the needs/requirements of the role do we search our network of candidates, write and place an advert on the relevant job boards monitoring its performance and reach out to applicants directly to ensure the process is continuous and you receive relevant CVs within a specified, pre-agreed time frame.
We are time-efficient and once we have identified suitable candidates, they are shortlisted and interviewed by us based on the criteria previously discussed and agreed with you. We consider this to be a fundamental part of our recruitment process as we seek to identify the right candidates. This ensures your time is not wasted.
During our interview process, we question the candidates on their skills and experience to date along with their role requirements moving forward. It is crucial for us to understand what the candidates want because ultimately this is a two-way process. Based on their responses we will then select them, or not, for you to interview for your role.
Your interview process can start with a first over-the-phone interview, zoom call, or even face to face followed by a second face-to-face to confirm your final decision. On occasions asking for a presentation or a task to be completed is an ideal way for the preferred candidates to demonstrate what they can offer and give you a better insight into whether they’ll fit into your team and business.
Ultimately, it is you that makes the final decision on who to hire. Once that decision is made we will manage the process ensuring notice is served, start dates agreed and offer letters and contracts are returned.
We stay in touch with the candidate during their notice period to ensure there is no “buy back” and deal with any queries that may arise. We also believe it is beneficial for clients to stay connected with the candidate before they start to ensure a smooth transition into your company. This can include providing business updates or a simple personal call to see how they are..
During the first 3 months of their employment, we keep in touch with the candidate to ensure they are happy and, should there be any issues, we will make you aware of them. In the same way, we will contact you to discuss their performance to ensure you are happy with their performance. In the event of an issue, we will help resolve it. After all, we are your recruitment partner.
