We are a small and perfectly formed recruitment consultancy based in the heart of Coleshill – handy for all major road links.  Since our inception in 2016 our strategy has been to work with SME clients which has enabled us to grow our business to a full offering to companies covering vacancies in business services, marketing, and sales – we also have regular requirements to recruit finance roles. Which is why the time is now right for us to recruit a specialist finance recruiter within our team.   This opportunity would suit an individual who is experienced in finance recruitment seeking the opportunity to grow this division and become the head of the finance division reporting into the MD.

What you will do as a Finance Recruiter?

• Advising and placing Part Qualified and Qualified Accountants
• Engaging with our current client base offering suitably qualified candidates
• Providing consultative advice to clients regarding vacancies and candidates available
• Candidate Sourcing and management
• Working with the team to manage clients’ expectations ensuring we offer a full 360 recruitment service
• Ensuring internal CRM is kept up to date with all client and candidate information
• Analysing client accounts and maximising opportunities within organisations

What you will need:

• Knowledge of finance recruitment
• Confident and creative recruiter able to advise and support clients and candidates
• Ideally looking for an opportunity to progress into a full management role
