A fast-paced manufacturing SME going through a substantial period of growth are looking to bring in an Internal Sales Team Leader.
What will you do as an Internal Sales Team Leader
- Lead a team of 3 Internal Sales staff
- Answer calls and emails from potential new customers
- Quoting customers as well upselling products
- Working in a very fast paced environment, quoting over 50 customers daily
- Manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Look to gain repeat business
- Updating clients regularly on the manufacturing process and delivery dates
What do you need?
- Experience working in Internal Sales
- Ideally experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing background beneficial but not required
- Great account management skills
