Manufacturing company looking to recruit a Group Marketing Manager due to significant growth over the last 2 years. This role will offer an incredible opportunity to be part of a dynamic privately owned business to deliver strong marketing leadership within several different business divisions.
What will you do as Group Marketing Manager?
- Developing the marketing strategy and plans for the individual Group businesses
- Defining and managing all marketing spend across all Group businesses
- Working closely with the Sales Directors to develop new growth opportunities
- Providing guidance and support to the wider marketing team implementing the marketing plans
- Driving greater levels of digital capability amongst the team
- Providing detailed analysis of the ongoing impact and performance of the marketing function
What do you need as Group Marketing Manager?
- Experience of a senior marketing role within a manufacturing/engineering environment
- CIM Diploma or equivalent and motivated by continuing professional development
- Demonstrable experience of managing people and workflow
- Ability to lead a team and willing to deliver tactical marketing plans
- Experience of working closely with sales and commercial teams
- Ideally worked in a business with multiple divisions and brands
