What will you do?
- Work closely with the Sales Engineering team
- Processing hire & sales orders throughout the project lifecycle
- Take equipment hire and sales enquiries over the phone or via email
- Ensuring that all project documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Build a rapport with customers, updating them constantly through the project
- Arrange the on and off hire of equipment as requested or necessary
What do you need?
- Experience working in either the engineering or construction industry
- To have previously worked in a fast-paced, high volume environment, processing hundreds of orders per day
- Confidence to speak to customers and other members of the team over the phone and via email
- Strong levels of attention to detail
- Able to use Excel
