A successful provider of engineered solutions for the construction industry. They work closely with customers throughout their project, meaning they can adapt their program and find the most suitable solutions to any scenario.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with the Sales Engineering team
  • Processing hire & sales orders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Take equipment hire and sales enquiries over the phone or via email
  • Ensuring that all project documentation is completed in a timely manner
  • Build a rapport with customers, updating them constantly through the project
  • Arrange the on and off hire of equipment as requested or necessary

What do you need?

  • Experience working in either the engineering or construction industry
  • To have previously worked in a fast-paced, high volume environment, processing hundreds of orders per day
  • Confidence to speak to customers and other members of the team over the phone and via email
  • Strong levels of attention to detail
  • Able to use Excel
