An incredible opportunity to join a world renowned Beauty brand, with accelerated growth in the last 24 months that is set to continue. There is a real focus on customer satisfaction, with excellent retention rates, but an opportunity for new customer acquisition. This is a hands on and 360 role, with an initial 12 month contract and the potential to extend.
What will you do?
- Own the marketing function and manage a small marketing team
- Strategize for growth and understanding category
- Brand and digital marketing strategy, calendar and campaigns
- Day to day ideation, conception, activation etc. remaining hands on in all endeavours
- Manage agencies and external consultants
- Data analytics and reporting
What do you need?
- Robust marketing, brand and digital, experience with demonstrable success of growth
- Beauty background and strong knowledge of the industry
- Experience within a start-up, founder led or SME brand would be preferred
- The ability and desire to work in a small team and lead the marketing function
- The desire to learn and progress your career
