The Company

You’ll be joining a dynamic founder-led business that supplies premium products to over 30 countries, with a strong D2C presence and a growing retail arm. The company has delivered consistent YoY growth and continues to go from strength to strength. This is a crucial standalone role where you’ll take full ownership of managing global 3PL relationships and overseeing all international shipping operations. Working closely with the founder, who is hands-on, passionate about empowering people, and committed to building a strong values-driven business.

What will you do as a Wholesale Logistics Manager

You will be responsible for the entire logistics chain, driving efficiency and compliance:

  • Working across 2 sites Monday to Thursday in Loughton and Harlow (Essex).
  • Ensuring absolute compliance with customs, import/export duties, HS codes, and all necessary regulatory documentation.
  • Overseeing order fulfilment, inventory control, and shipment tracking end-to-end.
  • Booking in deliveries through partner portals, managing collections, and monitoring final delivery success.
  • Track and report on logistics costs and warehouse charges, seeking optimization opportunities.
  • Responsible for managing carrier pricing, terms, and inventory accuracy.

What will you need to be a Wholesale Logistics Manager

  • Must have wholesale logistics experience (end-to-end supply chain).
  • Proven Regulatory compliance & documentation knowledge (customs, Incoterms, etc.) for international shipping.
  • Experience working with multi-brand retailers or major retail customers.
  • Happy to work across 2 sites, including at least 2 days in the Distribution Centre (Loughton/Harlow).
  • Advanced Excel user and experience using ERP systems and retailer portals.
