The Company

Working for a specialist Distributor and Manufacturer within the Chemicals industry, this role heads up the UK Sales Team. You will be managing both field sales and internal teams. Overseeing the strategy for the team whilst managing some of the principal accounts.

What will you do as the UK Sales Manager

  • Manage a team of 2 Territory Managers and 4 internal sales
  • Oversee and manage principal accounts
  • Devise sales strategy and delivery
  • Both farm and hunt business
  • Mentor, training and develop the sales team
  • Delivery sales budget and set KPIs

What will you need to be the UK Sales Manager

  • Managed a team of 4 or more, including Territory Managers
  • Have experience within Chemical, Paints, Ink, Coatings or Ceramics
  • Happy to be office based 2/3 days a week, initially more
  • A previous role focussed on strategy and people development
  • Can travel to Visit UK customers when required
