What will you do as Supply Chain Manager?

  • Manage inbound stock, procurement and purchasing plans from new and existing suppliers
  • Working with finance and sales team to prepare annual stock forecasting across SKUs
  • Take the lead on NPD finding new suppliers and negotiating best prices / lead times
  • Monitor inventory level using EDI systems ensuring stock is available for distribution
  • Liaise with B2B accounts and 3PL partners to ensure products can be sent OTIF
  • Analyse expenditure and implement new processes and strategies to promote growth
  • Process multi-channel pallet orders across retail and wholesale accounts as well DTC
  • Option to manage 2 direct reports and enable their growth

What do you need?

  • Previous supply chain experience ideally with a consumer goods background
  • Comfortable working with an SME and be adaptable to meet deadlines
  • Worked with 3PL partners to manage both inbound and outbound stock movements
  • Good excel skills for forecasting and ideally used an ERP system
  • Experience working across retail accounts and DTC an advantage but not essential
  • A driver due to rural office location
