What will you do as a Senior Operations Executive?
- Process customer orders via Shopify platform
- Process factory orders, track shipments and payments
- Manager vendor and supplier payments
- Prepare all import and export documentation, co-ordinate with customs brokers
- Create product pages in Shopify and SKU barcodes
What do you need to be a Senior Operations Executive?
- Experience using ecommerce platforms, Shopify is desirable
- Worked with courier booking systems and DHL
- Knowledge of export documentation and customs
- A fashion / consumer background is essential
- Ability to build relationships quickly within a fast paced and busy team
