What will you do as Senior Commercial Manager?

  • Own, manage, and grow all Grocery/High Street accounts.
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Accurate forecasting and sales planning.
  • Drive brand and develop market/category share.
  • Build exceptional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Bring a naturally positive and energetic persona to the sales team.

 

What do you need?

  • Robust Grocery/High Street sales experience is essential.
  • Strong background in growing accounts and business development.
  • Ability to analyse customer/market data and apply insights.
  • Desire for growth, not just maintaining accounts.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a tenacious sales approach.
