What will you do as a Sales Support Administrator

You will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of orders and administrative tasks across the business:

  • Raising D2C customers orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider sales team.
  • Raise POs (Purchase Orders) with UK suppliers for packaging and materials.
  • Assisting the warehouse team with raising accurate packing lists.
  • Process retailer orders for major clients such as Harrods and John Lewis.
  • Organising delivery logistics using various couriers.

 

What will you need to be a Sales Support Administrator

  • Proven experience of sales order processing.
  • Strong background in general administration.
  • Possess an SME mindset—flexible and happy to go outside the parameters of the role when required.
  • Experience dealing with web orders and a solid e-commerce understanding.
