What will you do as a Sales Support Administrator
You will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of orders and administrative tasks across the business:
- Raising D2C customers orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider sales team.
- Raise POs (Purchase Orders) with UK suppliers for packaging and materials.
- Assisting the warehouse team with raising accurate packing lists.
- Process retailer orders for major clients such as Harrods and John Lewis.
- Organising delivery logistics using various couriers.
What will you need to be a Sales Support Administrator
- Proven experience of sales order processing.
- Strong background in general administration.
- Possess an SME mindset—flexible and happy to go outside the parameters of the role when required.
- Experience dealing with web orders and a solid e-commerce understanding.
