What will you do as Operations and Procurement Coordinator

  • Support sales, procurement, production and transport across all projects
  • Create Gant charts and update budgets
  • Manage the process from order, production to delivery ensuring everything is on time
  • Contact customers updating them on the process of the project
  • Chase internal stakeholders for updates on project status
  • Identify delays and update procurement Manager

What will you need to be an Operations and Procurement Coordinator

  • Project Coordinator experience
  • Worked within Manufacturing or Trade Service environment
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, able to manage internal stakeholders
  • Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
