National Account Executive | London, Hybrid | £35k – £40k + OTE

They are now ready for a key addition to this dynamic sales team. You will be managing high-profile accounts like Boots, Superdrug, and some of the Grocers, working at the sharp end of the FMCG market.

What will you do as a National Account Executive?

This role is perfect for an ambitious individual ready to step up and own key retail relationships:

  • Manage retail accounts, working closely with buyers on maximizing sales opportunities and growth.
  • Work on Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and take ownership of promotional strategies and execution.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and collaborate on account strategy and reporting.
  • Data analysis and reporting to track performance and identify commercial insights.
  • Cross-functional working with marketing and product development teams on launches and campaigns.

What do you need?

  • Demonstrable account management experience within the Beauty or FMCG sectors is essential.
  • Good commercial understanding and business acumen.
  • Competent with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Passion for building strong relationships, both internally and externally with retailer contacts.
  • Ambition, with an autonomous mindset and a drive for success.
