What will you do?

  • Develop and own 360 marketing strategy, understanding the brand direction
  • Day to day ideation, conception, activation etc. remaining hands on in all endeavours
  • Social first mindset, understanding the brand’s positioning and previous successes
  • Lead the marketing team, developing junior colleagues
  • Work closely with digital marketing agency


What do you need?

  • Robust brand and marketing, experience with demonstrable success of growth
  • Consumer goods background is essential
  • Understanding of the nuances of a D2C brand
  • Experience within a start-up, founder led or SME brand would be preferred
  • The ability and desire to lead and develop a small team
  • Agile mindset and entrepreneurial outlook
