What will you do as a Marketing Manager
- Plan/optimise multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, social, events)
- Collaborate with sales to define ideal customer profiles and buyer journeys
- Manage marketing automation and CRM-driven campaigns to nurture and convert leads
- Track and report lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Develop brand awareness strategies and oversee content creation (blogs, videos, PR)
- Manage digital presence, including SEO, social media, and industry forums
- Lead strategic marketing planning, market research, and support product launches
What You will need as Marketing Manager
- B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
- Proven success in lead generation and brand awareness
- Experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms, strong analytical/data-driven skills
