A family run manufacturing business who has gone from strength to strength recently by introducing continuous improvement plans resulting in substantial growth are now looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to support the sales team and develop their online presence and build brand awareness.
What will you do
- Support the Sales Manager in all aspects of Marketing to help aid further growth
- Create and manage a company Marketing Plan
- Grow and expand social media presence to include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram
- Create engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, blog content & social media messages
- Support the growth of the email database, build email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and suggest content for website in line with research from competitors
- Visit ongoing projects collect images, live content, and customer testimonials
What do you need
- Proven experience in a marketing assistant or executive role
- A driving licence and happy to drive within the Midlands to visit customers & suppliers to develop marketing content
- Sound understanding of IT systems and Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail
