What will you do as a Sales Order Operations Manager
- Lead the Sales operations team to facilitate orders of customer accounts across UK and Europe
- Manage retail relationships, their Logistical requirements coordinating the team to deliver
- Plan workflow effectively based on forecast and demand with our 3PL partners across Europe
- Run forecast and order analysis reports
- Plan and track the shipments for customer and monitor delivery
- First point of contact for escalations
What will you need to be a Sales Order Operations Manager
- Have managed a small team
- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics
- Be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months
- Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
- Spanish, French or German would be an advantage
- Worked within Personal Care / FMCG
