What will you do as Social Media Marketing Manager?

Lead the charge in growing the brand’s national footprint through engaging content:

  • Plan and execute high-impact, multi-platform social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive content library for efficient repurposing and reuse.
  • Generate original content ideas that resonate deeply with the trades and construction audience.
  • Schedule, post, and optimise content across key platforms: YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Rumble.
  • Track and report detailed analytics: measuring growth, engagement, and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Create and edit short-form content (both photo & video) that stops the scroll.
  • Manage creative briefs for designers, editors, and strategically leverage AI tools for production efficiency.

 

What do you need as a Social Media Marketing Manager?

  • Proven experience in growing multi-channel social accounts (show us your portfolio success!).
  • Strong storytelling ability with a clear focus on brand alignment and tone of voice.
  • Skilled with content management systems, scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer), and platform best practices.
