Established SME operating within the organic and natural products sector, focused on sustainability, eco-friendly, and ethical markets. Working within a small team, you will be responsible for managing the import process from Europe and supervising two staff members.

What will you do as a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, coordinating bookings
- Oversee customs clearance and documentation
- Monitor food compliance regulations
- Manage supply chain administrator and stock controller
- Oversee end-to-end coordination of inventory, inbound imports, warehouse operations
- Review KPIs, service levels, overstock, and freight costs
What will you need to be a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead
- Experience working in the food sector
- Knowledge of BRC / HACCP
- Import and compliance regulations experience
- Managed a small team
- Worked with ERP systems – ideally NetSuite
