Established SME operating within the organic and natural products sector, focused on sustainability, eco-friendly, and ethical markets. Working within a small team, you will be responsible for managing the import process from Europe and supervising two staff members.

What will you do as a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead

  • Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, coordinating bookings
  • Oversee customs clearance and documentation
  • Monitor food compliance regulations
  • Manage supply chain administrator and stock controller
  • Oversee end-to-end coordination of inventory, inbound imports, warehouse operations
  • Review KPIs, service levels, overstock, and freight costs

What will you need to be a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead

  • Experience working in the food sector
  • Knowledge of BRC / HACCP
  • Import and compliance regulations experience
  • Managed a small team
  • Worked with ERP systems – ideally NetSuite
