We are working with a fast-growing marketing business that partners with ambitious companies across the UK, helping them scale through structured marketing systems, automation and performance-driven campaigns.
They are now looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to take ownership of ongoing client relationships, performance communication and long-term account success.
This role will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they clearly understand the work being delivered, the results being achieved and the strategic direction of their marketing activity.
You will work closely with internal Sales, Marketing, CRM and Web teams, ensuring consistent communication, strong coordination and a high-quality client experience from onboarding through to long-term growth.

What will you do as a Client Account Manager?
- Manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of client accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for all client communication and account activity
- Lead structured client review meetings covering campaign performance and strategy
- Translate marketing data into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Monitor key performance metrics including lead generation, cost per lead and enquiry volume
- Coordinate closely with marketing, web and CRM teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
- Provide clear updates to clients on campaign progress and completed work
- Monitor account health, identifying retention risks and resolving issues early
- Identify opportunities for additional services such as paid ads, SEO or conversion optimisation
- Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes and follow-ups within the CRM system
What do you need as a Client Account Manager?
- Experience managing client relationships within an agency or service-based business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain marketing or technical concepts in a clear and simple way
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Ability to coordinate between multiple internal teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service
- Experience using CRM systems to manage client communication and activity
- Understanding of digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO would be beneficial
