What will you do as a Production Coordinator

You will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end production process across a global supply base:

  • Manage suppliers located across Europe, Rest of World (ROW), India, and Turkey.
  • Hold weekly supplier meetings to ensure clear communication and timeline adherence.
  • Track factories and proactively identify potential production challenges.
  • Ensure all pre-shipment documentation is accurately received and processed.
  • Onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met.
  • Support the Merchandising and Product Development Teams with essential samples and forecasting data.

 

What will you need to be a Production Coordinator

  • Proficient in Excel and ideally have experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Proven experience working within Production / Supply Chain or procurement.
  • Experience managing and liaising with international suppliers.
  • Happy to travel to suppliers across Europe, ROW, India, and Turkey when required.
  • Excellent communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for the role.
