What will you do as Social Media Marketing Manager?
Lead the charge in growing the brand’s national footprint through engaging content:
- Plan and execute high-impact, multi-platform social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and manage a comprehensive content library for efficient repurposing and reuse.
- Generate original content ideas that resonate deeply with the trades and construction audience.
- Schedule, post, and optimise content across key platforms: YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Rumble.
- Track and report detailed analytics: measuring growth, engagement, and lead generation effectiveness.
- Create and edit short-form content (both photo & video) that stops the scroll.
- Manage creative briefs for designers, editors, and strategically leverage AI tools for production efficiency.
What do you need as a Social Media Marketing Manager?
- Proven experience in growing multi-channel social accounts (show us your portfolio success!).
- Strong storytelling ability with a clear focus on brand alignment and tone of voice.
