What will you do as a Logistics Manager
- Preparing/managing shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, & GRNs
- Negotiating with freight partners to secure competitive rates to optimise shipping costs
- Running weekly cross functional shipping meetings, updating on orders/delivery timelines
- Placing orders with factories and ensuring prices and delivery terms are agreed
- Book in Deliveries
What will you need to be a Logistics Manager
- Experience working with tariffs and commodity codes
- Must have worked in house for a product-based company/brand as opposed to a shipping company or freight forwarder
- Proficient in Excel and ERP
- Experience raising PO’s
- Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
