I recruit everything that falls into consumer goods across Sales & Marketing. This includes Beauty, Fashion, Food and wider FMCG, for the startup, scale-up and SME market, specialising in London and the Southwest.

I focus on working with passionate, agile and dedicated candidates, who are keen to secure the next exciting chapter of their careers and providing clients with the best fit for their brand or business.

Personally – I love anything and everything to do with consumer goods, especially product innovation.  Particular Interest in founder led brands and Corp B certified businesses.

I have extensive experience of working within recruitment as a Financial Controller, working with Andy and Jo in the past, and I enjoy the variety that my role brings. We have now also on boarded another recruitment business specialising in the legal sector which offers a challenging and diverse working environment.

In my role, I manage the monthly accounts packs, monthly cashflows (critical for an SME) and the annual budget preparation along with attending the board meetings to provide the financial input when discussing the results and growth strategy plans.
