Excellent candidate –one year of experience in Accounts Payable. Fully AAT qualified to a level four standard having passed all exams first time. Will be starting CIMA in September of this year. Prior to working in finance has worked in Sales Order Processing and Customer Support roles so is able to understand the multi-functional facets of a business. Likes to take ownership of the role and enjoys a challenge.
Managing coding, checking and processing in excess of 100 invoices a month
Locating discrepancies in revenues and reporting findings to the Financial Controller
Set up new supplier accounts, credit terms and managing the CRM
Processing sales expenses for staff and operations manager
Processing month end accruals and prepayments, Reconciling supplier statements
Proficient in the use of Sage, Excel and Word
