What will you do?

  • Develop and own brand marketing strategy, understanding the brand direction
  • Lead on all campaigns with focus on seasonal, NPD
  • Work collaboratively with CRM team and their focus on subscriptions
  • Manage performance marketing of multiple channels
  • Work closely with digital marketing team and external agency

What do you need?

  • Robust brand and marketing experience with demonstrable success of growth
  • Beauty or D2C consumer goods background is essential
  • Experience within a start-up, founder led or SME brand
  • The ability to work at a fast pace and spin multiple plates
  • Agile mindset and entrepreneurial outlook with an analytical mindset
