What will you do as a Senior Operations Executive?
- Manage day to day order fulfilment and stock control across 2 brands
- Oversee wholesale/Spa/Salon orders & Raise customer invoices
- Manage Shopify backend, ensuring product listings, pricing, and assets are accurate
- Updating monthly newsletters and opportunity to attend promotional photo shoots
- Work with logistics partners and send out samples to influencers
- Manage UK logistics and 3 UK Manufacturers
- Process supplier orders and raise PO’s
What will you need to a Senior Operations Executive?
- Experience for a SME / start up Brand
- Proficient Excel and previously worked with Shopify
- Ambitious, driven and adaptable to tasks
- Inventory / stock management within a consumer goods brand
