Sales, Production and Marketing Assistant

The Company

An equipment supplier for events, TV shows and fashion shows. An established business with a small team of 5 with a loyal client base with lots of repeat business. Due to the location you will need to be a driver to apply for this role. Full training will be provided on the marketing aspects of the role. This would suit someone with an administration background that is happy to work in an extremely varied role.

What will you do

  • Process sales orders
  • Answer incoming calls, manually entering orders into sage
  • Manage CRM database and pricing
  • Assist with marketing activities including social media update, email marketing sales activity
  • Update product information on the website using WordPress
  • Pick and pack customer orders – around 10 per day
  • Update customer tracking information

What will you need

  • Happy to be onsite 5 days a week
  • Driver and own transport – essential
  • Have administration experience, ideally worked on Excel and Sage
  • Excellent communication skills and happy to work cross departments
