What will you do as a sales order processor?

  • Manage customer order process from key retail accounts from start to finish
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently
  • Use Sage software to manage order forms and product pricing
  • Work with customer portals managing all orders and uploading information accordingly
  • Liaise with and work alongside 3PL warehouse ensuring orders are dispatched OTIF
  • Support operations and supply chain manager with continuous process improvements

What do you need?

  • Previous sales order processing experience ideally within beauty or consumer goods
  • Experience managing both D2C and B2B orders (Retailer experience would be ideal)
  • Managed relationships with 3PL providers
  • Great Microsoft skills and would be ideal if you have previously used Sage
  • Positive and can-do attitude, thrives working within a fast paced environment
