What will you do

  • Responsible for the lead on the execution of sample delivery, booking meetings and helping schedule travel plans
  • Manage Salesforce system – input detailed data in relation to correspondence with both existing and future accounts
  • Ensure sales collateral and samples remain up to date with brand guidelines
  • Work with Demand & Supply Planner to forecast sales
  • Develop monthly reporting to track sales to target and revenue growth
  • Sales order processing
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, resolve any order issues to meet deadlines

What will you need

  • Salesforce experience would be an advantage
  • Sales order processing for B2B customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Industry knowledge required; cosmetics, hospitality or B2B sales channel
