You will be supporting a small sales team assisting with all administration tasks required.

What will you do

  • Be the first point of customers, handling any enquiries and complaints
  • Prepare and communicate pricing and other information for accounts
  • Data analysis, prepare presentations and assist with research on new clients
  • Co-ordinate new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Work with Brand Licensing team to ensure sales collateral and samples remain up to date

What will you need

  • Salesforce experience would be an advantage
  • Sales order processing for B2B customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Industry knowledge required; cosmetics, hospitality or B2B sales channel
