We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join their team on a part-time basis that offers great company benefits and a fantastic culture.

What will you do as Payroll Manager?

  • Manage 2 Payrolls ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Gather information on hours worked for each employee
  • incorporating overtime, deductions, commission, bonuses
  • Utilise SAGE payroll software to manage overtime, deductions, commission, bonuses
  • Process taxes & payment of employee benefits, including Auto Enrolment/Student Loan deductions
  • Prepare reports for management, finance & HR departments
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers

What do you need as Payroll Manager?

  • Previous experience in a payroll management role
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and regulations, pensions
  • Good knowledge of SAGE payroll software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail
