What will you do as an Operations Team Leader?

  • Responsible for overseeing daily order processing to ensure OTIF order fulfilment
  • Manage and resolve any order fulfilment issues working with relevant internal teams
  • Work alongside the finance team with invoice creation and reconciliation of accounts
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to reduce risk of delivery discrepancies
  • Oversee stock levels within warehouse to make sure they are optimal to meet demand
  • Prepare customs deceleration forms for international orders liaising with shipping companies
  • Lead the operations team, providing training and create a collaborative working environment
  • Creation of weekly and monthly reports on order fulfilment and inventory levels

What do you need as an Operations Team Leader?

  • Previous experience within an operational leadership role with FMCG
  • Experience managing order fulfilment for B2B accounts both UK and Internationally
  • Knowledge of export declaration documentation would be ideal
  • Competent using Excel and ERP systems ( Ideally NetSuite )
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, keen to learn and grow
