What will you do as an Operations Director?

  • Lead a team of senior reports across multiple departments to deliver company goals
  • Oversee supply chain and business operations from production through to distribution
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and enhance productivity
  • Lead the IT and data team in the implementation of a new ERP systems
  • Monitor multiple global 3PL warehouses ensuring stock availability and OTIF fulfilment
  • Ensure on time in full production to customers by Liaising with suppliers/factories globally
  • Maintain a customer centric approach and ensure the CS team is adhering to agreed SLAs
  • Work with the wider executive team to create long term plans for future growth

What do you need to be an Operations Director?

  • Extensive experience with a senior management role in operations/supply chain
  • Must be from a SME consumer goods background
  • Previous experience managing the implementation of ERP systems
  • Proven track record of driving efficiency and streamlining processes
  • Analytical mindset when making informed decisions
