What will you do as an Operations and Logistics Executive?
- Oversees B2B order processing
- Manage customer enquiries for D2C orders and shipping
- Inbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PLs
- Track, investigate and resolve customer order issues
- Work with 3PL partners to ensure OTIF fulfilment of stock to customers
- Assist the operations manager with monitor inventory across 3PL warehouses
What do you need as an Operations and Logistics Executive?
- Experience working in operations, logistics, supply chain, or ecommerce
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience negotiating costs and working with freight forwarders
- Happy to be hands on and be confident within a startup environment
- Happy to be based onsite 4 days a week
