What will you do?

  • Develop and manage multiple accounts including Boots, the Grocers, Holland & Barrett etc
  • Construct an effective and viable sales strategy supporting growth across the board
  • Business Development across Europe to grow the international side of the business
  • Work closely in a small team, reporting into the Sales Director
  • Sales forecasting and reporting, full P&L responsibility
  • Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure shared objectives are met

What do you need?

  • Demonstrable success in driving grocery and high street accounts
  • Knowledge and experience within a fast paced FMCG/Beauty brand
  • Ability to build robust relationships, a great communicator
  • Excellent commercial acumen and an analytical eye
  • Able to work to multiple time critical paths with strong negotiating skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and agile approach
