Internal Sales Executive

£30,000 to £35,000

What will you do

  • Handling all inbound technical enquiries via both the phone and email
  • Assisting with managing the sales inbox ensuring all emails are responded to accordingly
  • Managing existing client accounts ensuring repeat orders and contract renewal
  • Providing consultative advice to clients regarding technical sales enquiries
  • Closing sales orders, issuing and following up on quotations and processing orders
  • Providing assistance to other departments when needed
  • Ensuring internal CRM is kept up to date with all client information
  • Analysing client accounts and ensuring excellent customer service at all times

What will you need?

  • Previous technical sales experience would be desirable
  • Engineering degree would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in a sales role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
