What will you do as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator?
- Assist Account Managers providing timely and accurate information to address client queries
- Prepare and send quotations tailored to client requirements
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
- Manage client communications, including calls and emails, resolving or escalating issues
- Monitor and maintain client accounts in CRM, ensuring satisfaction and updating records
- Support sales strategies, generate reports, and stay updated on industry trends
What do you need as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator?
- Independent worker and team player
- GCSE Maths & English
- Proven background in Waste Management, Recycling, or logistics
- Strong telephone manner, clear voice, and active listening
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office
