A great opportunity for an HR Advisor to join an SME business within the manufacturing sector supplying bespoke products across the UK.  This is a new role within the business reporting into the Finance Director.

What will you do as an HR Advisor?

  • Provide HR support, guidance and advice to managers, senior managers & directors
  • Implementing HR Policies & Procedures, including recruitment onboarding / offboarding
  • Identify specific training & development programmes ensuring efficiency and succession
  • Implement annual performance appraisals, drafting all HR related letters and documentation
  • Full maintenance of personnel records both physical and HR software
  • Attend and minute all HR related meetings
  • Coaching & management of the disciplinary and grievance process
  • Assist the Finance Director with Payroll

What do you need as HR Advisor?

  • CIPD Level 5 minimum
  • Own transport required as travel is essential
  • Be able to mentor employees at all levels across the business
  • Software – BrightHR & Microsoft
