What will you do?

  • Develop and deliver retail and wholesale business, setting the strategy for UK growth
  • Construct an effective sales strategy supporting growth across the board – including strong data analysis
  • Work in a standalone role reporting directly to the Founder
  • Gaining market share through innovation and management of trade and promotional activities
  • Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure shared objectives are met


What do you need?

  • Demonstrable success in driving a brand globally ideally personal care or similar category
  • Knowledge and experience in opening major UK retail partners is essential
  • Ability to build relationships and continue to grow accounts
  • Confidence and skillset to work in an autonomous role, strong commercial acumen and an analytical eye
  • Able to work to multiple time critical paths with excellent negotiating skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and agile approach
