What will you do as Head of Sales?

  • Full P&L responsibility for UK accounts
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with buyers
  • Build JBPs, presenting NPD, driving growth through all efforts
  • Strong communication with instore teams to ensure strong execution and best practices
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations etc to ensure goals are aligned with business goal

What do you need?

  • Demonstrable success in UK National Accounts on and offline, both mass and premium
  • Background of SME beauty brands
  • Ability to manage a small team of Account Managers/Executive
  • The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to work to multiple time critical paths
