What will you do as Head of Sales?
- Full P&L responsibility for UK accounts
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with buyers
- Build JBPs, presenting NPD, driving growth through all efforts
- Strong communication with instore teams to ensure strong execution and best practices
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations etc to ensure goals are aligned with business goal
What do you need?
- Demonstrable success in UK National Accounts on and offline, both mass and premium
- Background of SME beauty brands
- Ability to manage a small team of Account Managers/Executive
- The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to work to multiple time critical paths
