What will you do as an Operations Manager?

 

  • Responsible for ensuring OTIF fulfilment to key B2B customers in UK and internationally
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure accurate stock availability across 3PLs
  • Review 3PLs/shipping partners to ensure best prices and performance
  • Point of contact for B2B customers holding regular meetings to understand their objectives
  • Line management of 2 coordinators supporting them day to day and setting KPIs
  • Be proactive in review potential risks and constantly looking for ways to improve processes

 

What do you need to be an Operations Manager?

 

  • Experience managing order fulfilment for B2B accounts using multiple 3PL partners
  • Must be from an SME consumer goods background
  • Good leader or someone keen to take the next step into a leadership role
  • Previously worked with suppliers in Europe and Far East
  • Proven track record of driving efficiency and streamlining processes
  • Keen people person and excellent at managing relationships with key stakeholders
