What will you do as a Customer Service Account Manager?
- Manage sales ordering lifecycle for UK/US key accounts and online retailers
- Be key contact for customer queries relating to product specs, samples, compliance
- Liaise with external warehouses to ensure accuracy and on time orders
- Review shipping dates and update retailers with any delays
- Manage rework requirements and ensuring associated costs and approvals
- Supports Operations Manager with reporting on SLA’s
What do you need to be a Customer Service Account Manager?
- Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
- Experience processing retailer orders
- Handled high volume orders
- Basic shipping experience would be an advantage
- Proficient in Excel
