What will you do as a Customer Service Account Manager?

  • Manage sales ordering lifecycle for UK/US key accounts and online retailers
  • Be key contact for customer queries relating to product specs, samples, compliance
  • Liaise with external warehouses to ensure accuracy and on time orders
  • Review shipping dates and update retailers with any delays
  • Manage rework requirements and ensuring associated costs and approvals
  • Supports Operations Manager with reporting on SLA’s

What do you need to be a Customer Service Account Manager?

  • Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
  • Experience processing retailer orders
  • Handled high volume orders
  • Basic shipping experience would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Excel
