What will you do

  • Monitor customer service tickets and be the first point of contacts
  • Take ownership of own trading partner EDI setup
  • Work with hauliers and couriers to ensure cost are kept to a minimum
  • Handling returns and dealing with any issues with retailer orders
  • Order processing and checking stock availability

What do you need

  • Happy to be on site 5 days a week
  • Operations or logistics experience
  • FMCG experience would be an advantage
  • Experience managing order fulfilment with B2B accounts
