What will you do as a Building Receptionist? 

  • Provide professional customer service for the building and its tenants 
  • Support the building manager in managing the day-to-day running of the building 
  • Assisting the building manager in increasing the revenue opportunities  
  • Manage customer enquiries and ensure complaints are dealt with satisfactorily 
  • Ensure the building complies and is maintained to company standards  
  • Provide facilities management and coordinate maintenance 

What do you need to be a Building Receptionist? 

  • Passion for customer service and excellent communication skills 
  • Customer led thinking and ability to understand the customer needs 
  • Proactive approach to the working environment 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands 
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels including board level 
  • Extremely well organised and ability to prioritise  
  • Competent in MS Office package
