What will you do as an Accounts Payable / Payroll Assistant?

  • Ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of the (AP) function.
  • Efficiently managing supplier invoices & processing through to payment
  • Handling supplier queries via phone and email
  • Supporting the payroll function for over 100 employees
  • Maintain accurate payroll records for all employee records
  • Accurately data entry payroll, including, salaries, overtime, shift, benefit deductions, maternity/paternity allowances, sickness.

What do you need as an Accounts Payable / Payroll Assistant?

  • Previous experience within AP & Payroll is essential
  • Have knowledge of payroll calculations & payroll input
  • Ensure that payroll information is collected in the most efficient manner
  • System knowledge of SAGE Accounting desirable
