We are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join a business finance office based in Alcester. As a distributor supplying goods into manufacturing sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics & Defence, this is a great opportunity to join a fantastic finance team that is extremely friendly and great to work with.

What will you do as an Accounts Assistant?
- Reconciling Supplier Statements / Accounts
- Processing Supplier Invoices
- Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger / Credit Control
- Processing payments runs
- Ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Finance Department
- Perform ongoing housekeeping activities to maintain clean ledgers at all time
What do you need as an Accounts Assistant?
- Previous experience within a similar position
- AAT Level 2 minimum qualification
- Own transport due to location (no public transport access)
