We are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join a business finance office based in Alcester.  As a distributor supplying goods into manufacturing sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics & Defence, this is a great opportunity to join a fantastic finance team that is extremely friendly and great to work with.

What will you do as an Accounts Assistant?

  • Reconciling Supplier Statements / Accounts
  • Processing Supplier Invoices
  • Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger / Credit Control
  • Processing payments runs
  • Ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Finance Department
  • Perform ongoing housekeeping activities to maintain clean ledgers at all time

What do you need as an Accounts Assistant?

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • AAT Level 2 minimum qualification
  • Own transport due to location (no public transport access)
