What will you do as a Support Engineer?

  • Configuring phone lines and numbers
  • Processing and provisioning phone line and broadband orders
  • Reporting service issues to suppliers through escalation chain
  • Liaising directly with customers and stakeholders
  • Receiving and actioning customer service tickets via CRM system
  • Collaborating with all business functions to provide the best service

What do you need as a Support Engineer?

  • Background in a Telecoms or IT service desk environment
  • Knowledge of Broadband and network provisioning
  • Familiarity with CRM & ticketing systems
  • Happy to work 5 days in office
  • Motivated and engaging in a dynamic team environment
  • Confident and clear communicator within a busy service environment
